General Conditions of Purchase

The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, the placement of the order by filling in the purchase form, implies conformity with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at this particular time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature, and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties, . Spanish shall be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived and the user will have access to it in his customer area.


  • Delivery times for mainland Spain range from 48 to 72 hours. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that carriers meet them whenever possible. In rural populations far from urban centers, it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 48 hours.
  • Delivery times for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands range from 2 to 14 days.
  • Delivery times in Europe (not islands) range from 4 to 10 days.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. For orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
  • The customer will have 72 hours to check the completeness of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that should be included in the products included is included. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered as accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment.
  • An order shall be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the customer must verify the products upon receipt and expose any objections that may exist.
  • In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within 24 hours in order to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way it is convenient to leave a record to the transport company:
  • By default, we will ship orders as soon as all items are available. However, if the buyer wishes to receive his order in different shipments, he must specify it in the comments space during the confirmation of the purchase, through our contact form, or by writing an e-mail to Always indicating the order number to which it refers.

Shipping costs to Spain and Portugal.

  • Shipments to Peninsula.
    • By transport agency: €5 + VAT
    • For orders over 60 € shipping will be free within the entire peninsula (Spain and Portugal) unless the buyer chooses to split it into several shipments.
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands.
    • By registered mail: 7€+VAT
    • For orders over 80€ the shipping will be free unless the buyer chooses to split it into several shipments.
  • Shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
    • By registered mail: 30€+VAT

 Shipping costs to France, Germany, Poland, England:

  • Shipments to France and Germany.
    • By transport agency: €10 + VAT
    • For orders over 100 € shipping will be free unless the buyer chooses to split it into several shipments.
  • Shipments to Poland and England.
    • By freight forwarder: 16 € + VAT
    • For orders over 120 € shipping will be free unless the buyer chooses to split it into several shipments.

We ship to all countries. To request an estimate of the cost of the service, please send us an e-mail to indicating the details of the order you wish to place and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Methods of payment. How to pay at

We provide you with different ways to pay for your orders:

  • Credit/debit card: This payment method is immediate, fully secure and verified by Stripe. All payments made through this payment method will be validated by your bank and if accepted will be sent to us automatically and instantly. It requires a security key to be able to make this type of online payments. Consult your bank if you do not know your security code. VISA/ VISA Electron and MasterCard/Maestro cards are accepted.
  • Bank transfer or deposit: With this form of payment you make the payment in advance, either by transferring the amount of the order from your bank or by making the deposit over the counter at one of our banks. Remember that orders by bank transfer will be kept for 4 calendar days awaiting payment starting the day after the order is placed, after which time they will be automatically deleted.



In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned, for whatever reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the conditions set forth on this terms and conditions page must be met. This can be done by filling out the cancellation document.

Return conditions for private customers

  • Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
    1. The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when the performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment by him that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
    2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
    3. The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as computers configured à la carte.
    4. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
    5. The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
    6. The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
    7. The supply of sealed sound recordings or videos or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
    8. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, Anastasio Martínez León reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Once the return form has been completed and sent, you will receive instructions on how to send it to our facilities by e-mail. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 days after you communicate us your wish to exercise the right.
  • You will be responsible for the return transport costs. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates.
  • Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you, including the cost of delivery with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by us. We will pay you within a maximum of 14 calendar days after you exercise your right of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.
  • Return of products with gift or promotion. The complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund.

Return conditions for distributors

  • Only returns of unsealed material in perfect condition will be accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law regulating the rights of return between companies and such returns are regulated according to the terms and conditions of Anastasio Martínez León.
  • We will not accept returns of products in blister packs or heat-sealed products, and other products that present a broken factory security seal;
  • These terms and conditions do not waive the right to warranty or exchange of defective products. Anastasio Martínez León. reserves the right to refuse the return in case of any anomaly detected in the returned product.

Order cancellations

  • Those order cancellations that involve a refund to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to keep the period to no more than 7 days.


Product Warranties

Anastasio Martínez León, owner of, guarantees according to the laws in force and the following conditions all the products he distributes.

The consumer may contact both the seller and the manufacturer of the product, who shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

When the lack of conformity becomes apparent after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer may require an independent expert report to process the warranty. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation during the warranty period there is no problem.

In any case, during the time the consumer is deprived of the product, the computation of the warranty period is suspended; for example, if the repair of an object takes 15 days, the warranty period will end 15 days later than originally foreseen.

The shipping costs generated by the processing of the product warranty will be borne by Anastasio Martínez León in those cases where it is assumed that the lack of conformity exists in the purchased good. It must always be done following the instructions indicated by Anastasio Martínez León, upon request and acceptance.

Conditions for companies and distributors: When the customer is a distributor, or invoices as a company (non-individual), shipping costs to our facilities will always be charged to the customer, since the law on consumer goods does not regulate the sale and purchase between companies. In addition, the warranty in these cases will be as stipulated by the manufacturer of the product.

The consumer may complain when the product is not in conformity with the contract:

  • The purchased good does not conform to the description provided by the seller.
  • The acquired good does not serve for the uses to which consumer goods of the same type are ordinarily put.
  • It is not suitable for the special use that would have been required by the consumer and accepted by the seller.
  • It does not present the expected quality and performance, especially considering the public statements (advertising, brochures, labeling…) about its specific characteristics made by the seller or the manufacturer.

The consumer and user has the right to:

  • Repair or replacement. The consumer and user may opt for repair or replacement, unless one of the two options is impossible or disproportionate. A higher cost shall be considered disproportionate. Non-expendable goods (when they are of a specific nature) and second-hand goods cannot be substituted. Both repair and replacement must be carried out within a reasonable period of time and completely free of charge for the consumer.
  • Price reduction or termination of the contract. Proceed when the consumer and user can not demand the repair or replacement and in cases where it had not been carried out within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience to the consumer and user. The resolution shall not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.

* Warranty processing of promotional products, packs or gifts. If it is a gift, it shall be replaced by another gift of equal or, if this is not possible, of similar value, but never by money. In the case of a promotional product or pack, if repair or replacement is not possible, the equivalent amount will be reimbursed, calculated taking into account the actual price of the product and the discount obtained by the customer when acquiring it on promotion.

Cancellation of guarantees

The guarantee may be cancelled for the following causes:

  • Incorrect use, handling or maintenance by the Customer of a product.
  • Components burned by overvoltage or overcurrent.
  • Broken or damaged components subjected to impact.
  • Incorrect repair, modification or extension of equipment by the customer.
  • Deterioration, removal or concealment, by the customer, of the Anastasio Martínez León or manufacturer’s warranty label on all products manufactured or distributed by Anastasio Martínez León.

In short, no damaged material or material with obvious signs of improper handling will be accepted.

The warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product. In such cases the consumer shall be responsible for repair. They are therefore excluded from the warranty:

  • Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with Anastasio Martínez León’s instructions.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by Anastasio Martínez León, as well as products that are the subject of a specific support contract.
